This is a translation provided for your convenience. The Korean version is the official text. If anything here differs from it, the Korean version governs. This service is operated from the Republic of Korea, and this policy is written under Korean law — principally the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
"오늘의 너" (the "app") takes your personal information seriously and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related Korean law.
This app carries no advertising, never sells or hands your records to anyone else, and contains no analytics or behaviour-tracking tools. It runs on subscription income.

Collected only when you enter it yourself. The app never measures anything automatically and never imports from other apps.

Period, symptom, gynecology and intimacy records are sensitive data (health information) under Article 23 of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. We ask for your consent to these separately from everything else at sign-up. They are the substance of cycle tracking and prediction, so consent is required — without it the service cannot be used. That said, what your partner sees is entirely yours to decide, item by item, after you sign up. Gynecology records, intimacy records and notes are not shared by default.

Free-form notes a partner-role user writes for a given date. (For example: "pick up a heat pack", "go to the appointment together next week")
Only you can see them. They are never passed to the other person and are not subject to the sharing settings. They are stored independently of the partner link and remain yours even if you unlink. They are deleted when you delete your account.
Subscription product, store transaction identifier, subscription expiry time, and whether a trial is active.
We do not collect card numbers, bank account numbers or any other payment credentials. Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; the app only receives the outcome.

The app does not use personal information for anything beyond the purposes above.
What reaches your partner is switched on and off item by item, by you. (Cycle, symptoms, mood, sleep, cravings, gynecology records, intimacy records, notes)
We do not provide your personal information to third parties. We never sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, under any circumstances.
The one exception is a lawful request from an investigative authority made through due process, which we must follow.

About cross-border transfer
You may refuse the cross-border transfer, but in that case the service cannot be used.
If you unlink from a partner
You may exercise the following rights at any time.

The app does not accept sign-ups from children under the age of 14. If we confirm that a user is under 14, we delete that account and its records without delay.
Note that end-to-end encryption is not applied. Technically, data can be read on the server to the extent required to operate the service. The operator does not read user records except where unavoidable, such as responding to an outage, and never provides them to a third party under any circumstances.

If this policy changes, we will announce the change and its effective date in the app or on this page beforehand.
Changes with a material effect on your rights — such as adding a new kind of data we collect — require your consent again. The consent screen appears the next time you open the app, and you need to agree to keep using it. If you would rather not, you can sign out or delete your account from that screen.
